Waterless Fire Suppression Systems Maintenance (semi-annual)
Includes FM 200, FE 13, CO2, Argonite, Halon, & Novec 1230
This includes a complete inspection of cylinders, hoses, control panel, piping, brackets, sealing, nozzles, and auxiliary equipment for damage or corrosion. The quantity of the gas is determined. Remote signaling is verified. The detectors are tested for proper operation, calibrated, and cleaned. Panel functions are tested.

Very Early Smoke Detector Inspection (semi-annual)
The calibrated sensitivity instrument will be used in accordance
with VESDA’s instructions to assure proper operation. The in-line
filter will be checked, cleaned, and/ or replaced. Piping will be
checked for damage or clogging.

Duct Detector Inspection (semi-annual)
Air duct detector shall be tested to ensure device will sample airstream
properly.

Linear Heat Detector Inspection (semi-annual)
This is a visual inspection of the wire which is then tested for proper
operation, function, measure, and record loop resistance.
